This was a much needed holiday and our first time visiting the Highlands.

Coorie Lodge was exactly what we needed. It was a comfortable and spacious base for us to explore the surrounding areas. It had everything we required for a relaxing holiday and it was lovely to come back to in the evenings and just chill. The kitchen was well equipped as was the utility room. It was nice to have a separate dining area and the living room was spacious and airy. The weather was really kind to us and we were able to have the patio doors open on several occasions. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate, plenty of storage space and extremely comfortable beds. The showers had great pressure and the bath was an added bonus. The close was extremely quiet with very little traffic noise and very peaceful.
We did think the carpet in the smaller bedroom and the throws in the living room could do with being replaced as they are looking a little tired. We had a lovely stay in the lodge, but felt the kitchen could have done with a little more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The window blind was quite mucky, and the bottom of the bin wasn't particularly clean. These are only small things, but a little extra attention would have made everything feel that bit fresher on arrival.

Great place to stay

Lovely spacious place to stay for a week exploring the Cairngorms. Clean and comfy, spotlessly clean. Perfect sized enclosed garden for dogs.

Coorie Lodge is a great house for a family holiday. The view from the back of the house is over the golf course - lovely peaceful view.
We used the decking in the mornings when it didn't rain.
The house is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained and the communication with staff was helpful and prompt.
We will go back - we loved the house and would avoid the peak season as it was quite expensive for 4 nights at this time of year.
We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Coorie Lodge. It's a great location with views overlooking the Cairngorm Mountains & River Spey plus a championship golf course on your doorstep. We hope we can welcome you back again in the future.
