  • Had a surprise birthday weeks holiday booked by my family and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish ! Weather was gorgeous the house itself is stunningly beautiful and attention to detail amazing !from swimming in the river , standing under the waterfall completions ( (12 seconds Pete’s record) 👍😂 campfire singing eating and s’mores to late night stargazing from the hot tub .. every single minute was magical , we all loved the old mill so very much we have decided it will be a family tradition to visit every year ! Roll on 2019 ! Thank you rob 👌👌👌👌👌🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👋👋👋👋👋

  • Can’t express how much all our family of 13, 3 generations aged 8-72 loved this property. It is simply beautiful, so well restored but keeping original features and character. It has every mod con and luxury you could want but is still cozy and lived in. Everyone felt at home from the minute we stepped in the door. Having ensuite for virtually every bedroom was a godsend with 13 people and everyone felt they had their own space. The bedrooms are a delight and the kids adored the quirky bunk beds – great use of space!
The grounds are as good as the house and the 3 dogs loved running around.
This was a family reunion and we now have wonderful memories of laughs in the hot tub, waving to the steam train at the end of the garden and playing guitar and toasting marshmallows over the campfire at the bothy. Would love to return some day! Highly recommended!
