  • Absolutely fantastic time staying in this house, everything you need and more. Lots of lovely walks around the area and into Aviemore. Boat hotel is lovely for food and drink. Sad to be leaving.

  • Perfectly pleasant week had by all. Loch Garten woodland walk is a hidden gem. The path to Aviemore at the end of the street is beautiful and the kids loved Landmark, Highland Wildlife park and the steam train! Andersons and The Boat in the village are both very good.

  • Had a fantastic stay at the Red Squirrel Lodge.Beautiful location, fantastic facilities provided within the lodge.Comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. We loved visiting the hens and the ducks and were loving Fergie and Monty visiting us! Thank you for the 5* extra touches, like the eggs from the hens and the goodies on arrival. We will definitely return!

  • The lodge was amazing, we had the best time and to be honest, I’m still buzzing from an absolutely, fabulous 50th weekend with my besties. It accommodated us without feeling cramped, even though there was 8 of us! The accommodation is beautiful, well laid out, spacious, yet cosy and the hot tub got plenty of use 😊
We are now known as the collective squirrels, each with our nickname, it’s been a blast. Thank you x
