Black Grouse Lodge

Black Grouse Lodge is a spacious property situated in a peaceful location north of Aviemore, offering fantastic views of the Cairngorm Mountains, best enjoyed from the hot tub. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the lodge features four bedrooms across two floors, including three double bedrooms and one twin room. The property also benefits from a beautiful garden with a pond, creating a tranquil outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Black Grouse Lodge has a high-end kitchen which is open plan to the large dining area and a relaxed family area. There is a separate large lounge with wood burning stove.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with large en-suite and doors opening out to a balcony with table and chairs and uninterrupted views to the Cairngorm Mountains. There are a further 2 double bedrooms on the first floor one with an en-suite, a large family bathroom and a games area with an Xbox and foosball table. The fourth bedroom is downstairs (twin) with en-suite. There is provision for two further guests in one of the bedrooms upstairs with pull-out beds.
